Expert Council

Expert Council is an important part of our project examination process. It considers projects in the sphere of Internet and software that successfully passed all earlier stages of analysis by internal experts of Softline and SVP. The appraisal of Expert Council influences the final decision of SVP. The members of the Council work exclusively on nonprofit basis, they are joined in the purpose of assistance in development of promising Russian information technologies. Participation of representatives from different fields that are closely connected with IT (public authorities, venture funds, software vendors) make it possible for us to take into consideration all aspects of projects and make our examination more effective. Participation of representatives from the largest Russian venture funds also can extend possibilities for ISV by providing preliminary analysis of possible investments of such funds at next financing round, after SVP enters the project and finance it at its first stage.
